Terms and Conditions of Entry for the Engage+ Free Gift Promotion
The Promoter of this free gift promotion (Promotion) is Prezzee UK Limited a company registered in England (company no. 12851966), registered office 100 Bollo Lane, London W4 5LX, United Kingdom (the Promoter).
The participating retailer is Boots UK Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 00928999, registered office 1 Thane Road West, Nottingham, NG2 3AA, United Kingdom (Participating Retailer).
By participating in this Promotion, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Each entry must comply with these Terms and Conditions to be valid.
The Promotion
1. This Promotion available to all registered customers of the Promoter.
2. The Promotion is open to customers resident in the United Kingdom who are over the age of 18 years and who have internet access.
3. Participating Retailer is offering a Soltan Travel Mini Suncream for free (Free Gift) to the first 700 eligible customers who successfully register their interest in accordance with the requirements set out below.
4. The Promotion commences at 12:00 BST on 23rd June 2026 and closes at 12:00 BST on 24th June 2026 (Promotion Period). Customers must register their interest using the link provided by the Provider by the end of the Promotion Period.
5. maximum number of 700 Free Gifts are available during the Promotion Period and are limited to one per customer.
6. Use of the Free Gift is subject to the Participating Retailer’s Free Gift Terms and Conditions, see T&C’s here.
7. The Free Gift is not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash and is only valid for use in the United Kingdom.
How to Apply
8. To register interest in the Free Gift, eligible customers must click on the link provided by the Promoter during the Promotion Period. No payment is required.
9. At the end of the Promotion Period, Promoter will identify the first 700 customers who had registered their interest. The Promotion automatically closes at the end of the Promotion Period.
How Winners are Determined
10. Free Gifts are provided to the first 700 registered entrants on a first come first served basis. Successful registrants will be contacted by email by the Promoter from 10:00 BST on 25th June 2026. Successful registrants have until 23:59 BST on 28th June 2026 to activate their Free Gift.
11. The Free Gift will be available via the campaign link provided to successful registrants and must be redeemed in accordance with the instructions provided by the Participating Retailer.
12. By participating in the Promotion, entrants hereby agree to Promotor’s collection and usage of their personal information. For more information on how the Promotor uses personal data that it collects please see the Privacy Policy.
13. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to request verification of the age, identity, residential address or any other information relevant to participation in the promotion of all entrants.
14. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion, to refuse to accept or disqualify any entrant to this Promotion and cancel the Free Gift provided (if applicable) if: (a) it is found the entrant has provided false information or fails to provide information reasonably requested by the Promoter, (b) the entry is incomplete, indecipherable, offensive, or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions; or (c) the entrant has engaged in unlawful or improper conduct, or otherwise acts to cheat or undermine the fairness of the Promotion by, for example, tampering with, or using or exploiting errors in, the entry process to obtain a competitive advantage over other entrants.
15. Directors, employees and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, the Participating Retailer, each of its related companies or its agencies are not eligible to enter this Promotion. Immediate family means spouse, ex-spouse, child, step-child, parent, step-parent, legal guardian, sibling or step-sibling.
16. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
